You wouldn’t believe that I’d been in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. for two days. My friend, Nathaniel invited me in a Blog Party at the revolving top of the World Restaurant in Stratosphere Tower Hotel that rises 1,000 feet in the air. From McCarran International Airport, the hotel is approximately five miles. Nathan fetched me at Gate C of the airport and we traveled all the way through Swenson Street North to Paradise Road North. My eyes were wide open as we took Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard because of the picturesque scenes and towering hotels and casinos along the way. We checked-in at Stratosphere Hotel about 5 in the afternoon and then rested for about two hours. 7:30, we ate our dinner at the Naga Chinese Express and then we headed to the World Restaurant for the Blog Party. The blog party was hosted by Blogger as an initial activity for the Blog Conference the day after. They served us seafoods and it’s my first time to eat Chateaubriand and Colorado Rack of Lamb. Blogger also conducted games both physical and mental. Nathaniel won the Google Lava Lamp in one of the contests. We are so tired that night and Nathan told me about Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum which is two miles from the hotel. The next day, we attended the Blog Conference. We are so lucky because Matt Cuts is one of the guest speakers. He taught us how to build and maintain large audience. And also, he gave some tips and advices for beginners like us. Thanks to [HotelReservations.com] for their cheap hotel booking. I booked for two days at the Deluxe Room Premier Tower in Stratosphere Hotel for only $133.32. I used Nathan’s Master Card and they gave me Hotel Discounts. What’s more? [HotelReservations.com] offer credit card safety, 24 hour customer care, and viewing/canceling of reservation. You can also reserve for flights, cars, vacation rentals, and vacation packages and save up to 70% off.

My two-day stay at the Stratosphere Tower Hotel was indeed an unforgettable experience. Good thing there’s a satellite television and a wireless internet access to entertain me while on my room. We also visited the Roni Josef Salon Spa and then we gotten our free weights at the fitness center. All in all, there are 2,444 guestrooms and walking around the hotel is really tiring. While on Stratosphere Hotel, I took the opportunity to try the hotel's thrill ride, The Big Shot, which launches guests 160 feet in 2.5 seconds manufacturing four G-forces on the way up and one negative G-force on the way down. Unfortunately, at the peak of my ride, the machine encountered a problem and we were stuck. The people are screaming and after a few seconds, the machine slide down and then I was off my bed and I realized that I was just dreaming. Yes, the Las Vegas, Nevada experience is just a dream. Thankfully, I was not hurt by the Big Shot failure.
