Tonight, I will give away my $40.00 worth of review to another manga that has been made into a movie last September 3, 2005. I watched Nana after hearing from a fan that Kenichi Matsuyama is one of the characters in that film. She requested me to upload pictures and write a short review about NANA.

From the Editor’s Desk:
Bands are very popular here in the Philippines and I recommend this film to everyone especially to the members of the band. From the very beginning up to the very end, you will never get bored of watching Nana. It’s all about fate, love, and ambition. Imagine meeting a stranger with name same as yours then unexpectedly, you will live together in the same apartment. That is exactly what happened when Nana Osaki and Nana Komatsu met. The former is a punk singer who wants to debut as soon as possible to leave her ex-boyfriend, Ren Honjo, behind while the latter is very loyal to other people but demanding much of their attention. The saddest part of the film is when Nana Komatsu a.k.a. Hachi discovered that her boyfriend, Shoji Endo has an affair with his co-worker. The two Nanas helped each other in building their lives and eventually, Nana Komatsu made the step of rekindling the romance between Nana Osaki and her famous boyfriend, Ren. Overall, the movie was great. The characters, the music and the men behind this film really did a good job. Two thumbs up!
