Amit Agarwal of [Digital Inspiration] reveals that Google is against porn blogs in blogspot.com. The Blogger Team is working hard to block access to blogs that contain objectionable material. Thus, thousands of blogs that violated the Blogger policies have been disabled.
When Blogger flags a blog for review, it disables public access though the original author may still view and edit the blog as before. You are likely to see the following error message when you come across a porn blog that's on Blogger:
This blog is under review due to possible Blogger Terms of Service violations and is open to authors only. It doesn't look like you are an author of this blog.
Blogger's content policy on pornography says that you cannot host sites for the primary purpose of garnering commercial traffic through pornography as these sites tend to take up a disproportionate amount of resources.
In order to maintain a free and open service for the majority of our users, we choose to forbid commercial pornography on Blog*Spot.
